The Commoners and Warriors pack is compatable with the multi-texture resource.  Has anyone tested it with the Prairie Games MMO kit?  There is some interest from its users, as well as some trepidation.

Well, someone had to wander over here and ask.   Grin

Oh and what is the difference between the standard and rts models?

Thanks,

Cayle,

Thank you for your interest!

I'm curious to see if the CS:Warriors and commoners pack is compatible with the prairie games mmoKit. Unfortunatly, the release of Penguns Arena and some upcoming contract don't allow me to spend time on it.

If you're interest, I can send you some test files (a character + hair + textures + some animations), and then you will be able to tell me if the CS and the mmoKit are compatible?

Tell me what you think Cayle!

I can give it a try.  I may not be the best placed member of the community there to do it right now as I've been concentrating on the Python back end and it would take a bit of time to switch gears.  I could do it however.

Sorry, I didn't answer your question about difference between RTS and normal characters in the pack.

I created 10 RTSStarterKit specific characters. The reason is simple : Characters in the RTSStarterKit don't have mountpoints. In my pack, hairs, weapons, hats and all objects are mountable, so my RTSStarterKit specific characters just have hair, weapons,  objects already included in the .dts file.

I work with the mmokit alot, so if you need any help with trying to get the characters into it. Drop me an email and ill see what I can do to help.

I think they use a diffrent bone structor then TGE so it might not work. Im 50/50 on the idea at the moment.
