I bought this through the Unity store and thought the download included the .max files?  When I try to import the FBX files into maya, I'm getting incomplete bind pose errors.  Also, I'm not seeing animations on the muscular and fat characters in unity.

I'm guessing I'm doing something wrong here.

Avoidiam,

You just have to drag the fat or muscular character to your scene and then add the animations you need by hand.

The Warriors and Commoners for Unity you bought in the Unity Asset Store is supposed to include the demo and the 6 premade characters with scripts you can find here: http://www.frogames.net/Christophe/CSWC/WebPlayer.html. But the update is not yet online because of the HUGE success of the Asset Store.

About source files, the Asset Store version do not include 3DS Max files, that's why the price is $100 instead of $150.
