  Well actually more of what isn't in the EULA.  It is legal to retexture the items in the pack yes?  Also say extra models were made for the pack as well can they be sold as a companion product?  Should the details be worked out with you?  Your feedback is appreciated.

Veleck,

Yes, you're free to retexture items, and yes, you're free to sold any of those textures. Just remeber to not sold the items/objects/characters themself.

  Most excellent.  I am actually trying to get a few artists/modelers to make a few extras for the characters I have and seeing as I am a poor indie now :-D I was going on the hope and prayer that they could resell the textures and/or models they created for me to help supplement what I am paying them.
