Sorry, been out of the loop for a while!

How do I get the latest update to the CS: W&C pack?

I've checked here for the "update" forum and logged into the shop, but, can't seem to find how to download Sad

you just have to dowbload the CS pack from your order history in the frogames.net shop.

Will downloading the latest version of the pack count against the limit of downloads? What if the download expires, will you have to re-purchase the pack again?

yes, it counts.
You have to make a back up of a pack you purchased at www.frogames.net because you will not be allowed to download it again after one year or after you rich the download limit.
Of course, this not apply to pack updates.
