For my game (www.arcanoria.com) we're planning to use these models as our player characters and NPCs for our Human area, and our Norsemen area.  The low polygons cause a bit of a problem though, as we're also using some relatively highly detailed models as our elf models (from www.arteria-gaming.com), so we're having to do some "upgrades" to the Frogames models to get them into the 2000-2500 polygon range, which is our target.  We're going for a more realistic looking world, and not so "cartoony", so more detail is needed.

I'm not the artist myself, but my art people are saying they should be able to do this.  I will hope to report back later as to our success in reworking the models into the 2000-2500 poly range.

Thanks!

the CS:Warriors and Commoners is clearly a NPC ressource, for various reasons. The polycount and the bones number don't make those characters good Player Characters.

I can see one problem you're going to encounter : The CS skeleton is not optimized for 2000-2500 poly characters, and your art team will want to add some bones. That may going to create some compatibility problems with the CS animations.

We would like to use the same model for NPC as PC characters, so that players don't feel that they look "different" from the people giving them the quests.

We haven't been working on the animations yet, as we've been more focused on our terrain currently.  However, we'll be looking soon at the characters.
